If you are looking to book a shower or function at our facility, please see below for some information that may be helpful. Please note that these options are if you are looking to book for an event of 40 people and under. Should you be looking at a larger gathering please contact us for more information as this would require the use of our entire venue.


Our facility is set up on two floors, and should you have enough people for your event then it may entitle you to a full floor for the time of your event. We have found that our upstairs is much better suited for showers, as long as there are no guests with mobility issues which would prevent them from going up the stairs. We can accommodate up to 30 people in our upper level, and up to 40 in our lower level.

 

There are a few options available for serving guests, all of which are have outlined below:

 

Tea for Two option ($26/person):

Shared between two people, this option comes with 10 assorted finger sandwiches, 2 buttermilk scones accompanied with real Devon Clotted Cream and homemade strawberry jam, an assortment of desserts, two pots of tea.

 

A-La-Carte ($22/person, 20 person minimum):

For this option we will have trays of sandwiches, scones, and desserts out for guests to help themselves to what they desire. You will be given the choice of 4 of our teas that guests can select from.

 

Traditional Afternoon Tea ($36/person):

Each guest will be served 5 assorted finger sandwiches, 2 scones (one buttermilk and one seasonally flavoured) accompanied with real Devon Clotted Cream and homemade strawberry jam, an assortment of desserts, and a pot of tea.

 

Royal Tea Menu ($50/person):

Each guest will be served 5 assorted finger sandwiches, 2 scones (one buttermilk and one seasonally flavoured) accompanied with real Devon Clotted Cream and homemade strawberry jam, an assortment of desserts, a pot of tea, a selection of fresh fruit and cheese, and a glass of sparkling wine. For anyone who does not want alcohol we do have a sparkling juice option, with one refill, to substitute the wine.


Showers and other small events can be booked for 11:00am-2:00pm or 3:00pm-6:00pm. A $200.00 deposited will be required when booking to secure the date and time.
